Ever since I mentioned Empire of the Sun in my previous post, I’ve been thinking of this beautiful song from the movie.  It’s entitled “Suo Gan,” and it’s a old Welsh lullaby.  In this clip, Christian Bale is lip-synching.  By the way, I thought at the time (and I still think) that Christian Bale’s performance was one of the best child performances I’ve ever seen.  My apologies for the poor video quality.   Hope you enjoy it!
